What information do we collect and how do we use it?

    • GPS perimeter coordinates of geofences for tracking of vehicular movement
    • Name and types of geofences for record-keeping and data analysis
  • Vehicle Information
    • Vehicle information like Vehicle name, and Vehicle Type
    • Driver Information including his name, contact phone number
    • Technical vehicle information like speed limit, stoppage limit, etc. to assess the performance of vehicle and driver
  • Optional details of transportation-related documents for providing relevant notifications as configured by the Company’s users. Examples of documents are Insurance documents, Pollution certificates, national permit documents, vehicle fitness documents, etc.
  1. Information we require at Service Delivery

In order to provide our customers with accurate and consistent Fleet management, data analysis, and performance analysis services, we collect the following vehicle movement-related information:

  • Location and movement information such as GPS coordinates, movement direction, speed, ignition, and battery information.
  • Derived information from the above information such as movement traces, distance traveled, etc., and generated notifications. 
  1. Information we require when you use our mobile app, Track-X

Various permissions required by the mobile app are described on the app market page of our mobile app for Android and iOS devices.

How do we protect your information?

We take adequate steps to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage. This is done using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Lastly, while we take precautions against possible security breaches of our Services and our customer databases and records, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure.
